The challenge

The legal department in Spain, a subsidiary of a Northern European multinational, faced three key challenges:

  1. Scattered and inconsistent contracts, which led to inconsistencies and slowed down commercial closings.
  2. Slow and opaque review processes, as they depended on multiple departments without clear traceability.
  3. Overload of internal queries, which required the legal team to repeatedly answer the same questions, consuming valuable time.
Solution

The ThirdWish IP

We designed an internal intelligent legal assistance system, completely private and without an Internet connection, which includes:

  • An internal ChatGPT trained exclusively with legal documentation and internal company emails, with secure access to authorized and highly verified external sources such as Aranzadi or the BOE.
  • An intelligent contract generator based on dynamic templates, with automatic multi-departmental approval flows (Legal, Business, Operations).
  • A control dashboard that provides real-time traceability on contract status, review times, and potential bottlenecks.

The results

The implementation made it possible to:

  • Significantly reduce contract preparation and validation times.
  • Standardize clauses and conditions, improving legal certainty.
  • Free up time in the legal department by automating repetitive responses and processes.

In addition, the solution was designed from the outset to be scalable, so that it could be easily replicated from that subsidiary to other subsidiaries in other countries.

Final reflection

That company transformed its legal department into a center of efficiency and control, demonstrating how a multinational with critical operations can maintain a robust, agile, and secure legal system thanks to artificial intelligence applied in a private and personalized manner.
