Use case 2
The challenge
A leading intellectual property association in an important region of the world had a huge library: resolutions, position papers, magazines, newsletters, podcasts, webinars, and historical collections. The problem was that all this wealth of documentation was scattered, poorly integrated, and difficult to access. The association's members—lawyers, academics, and students—spent too much time searching manually and often gave up before finding what they needed.
Solution
The ThirdWish IP
Together with the Association, we designed a GPT Virtual Assistant that unifies all the library's content and allows queries to be made in natural language in English, Spanish, etc. The system understands legal terminology, offers contextualized answers, and links directly to documents, summaries, podcasts, or videos. In addition, the assistant recommends complementary readings based on the user's profile and history, turning the experience into a guided and personalized learning experience.
The results
The impact was immediate: Association members drastically reduced the time spent searching for information and began to interact more with the association's resources. A 25–40% increase in queries and downloads is projected during the first year, strengthening the organization's international positioning and generating greater loyalty among its members.
Final reflection
With this initiative, the Association went from having a static, difficult-to-navigate library to having an intelligent assistant that turns its collection into a living, interactive, and strategic resource. The association not only modernized its platform, but also reaffirmed its role as a regional leader in the dissemination of intellectual property knowledge.
